Position : Java Tech Lead Gurgaon

Overview :

Hiring an experienced Java Tech Lead to take full ownership of backend architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend systems using Spring Boot & Microservices

- Lead and guide the development team; perform code reviews

- Collaborate with Product, DevOps and Architecture teams

- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability

- Write clean and testable code following best practices

- Manage PostgreSQL database design, performance tuning & optimization

- Work with AWS cloud services for deployments and integrations

- Handle sprint planning, estimations, documentation & production issue resolution

Required Skills :

- 712 years of hands-on backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Java 8 & Java 17

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices & PostgreSQL

- Experience in RESTful API development & CI/CD pipelines

- Working knowledge of AWS; exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ

- Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana

- Prior experience in a Tech Lead/Senior Developer role

- Understanding of Agile methodologies
