Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot.

- Develop scalable Microservices following industry best practices.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.

- Implement data access layers using Spring Data JPA.

- Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.

- Integrate Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous communication.

- Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and deliver features within sprint timelines.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 37 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

- Experience in developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Spring Data JPA and ORM concepts.

- Experience working with Apache Kafka messaging systems.

- Good understanding of Redis caching mechanisms.

- Strong SQL skills with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
