Java/Spring Boot Developer

Description :

The Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3, along with front-end development using Vue.js 3. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of strong professional experience and will play a key role in driving feature development, architectural improvements, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3 and front-end applications using Vue.js 3.

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and development teams to deliver high-quality, integrated features.

- Participate in requirement analysis, architecture discussions, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.

- Review code and enforce clean code principles, best practices, and architectural standards.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, including O365 SMTP for email services and RabbitMQ for messaging.

- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for application data storage.

- Support CI/CD processes using tools like Bamboo and Bitbucket.

- Work with S3 for file storage, Cloudflare and Load Balancers for network management.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements :

- Degree : BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT.

- Experience : 5-7 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot 3, and Vue.js 3.

- Good knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with Swagger.

- Strong understanding of backend security, performance tuning, and coding best practices.

- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of S3 buckets, Cloudflare, and Load Balancers (LB).

- Experience with identity and access management using OKTA or Azure IAM.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS (ECS with Terraform, EKS), Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Splunk for log monitoring.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Environment :
