Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, AWS, and AI integrations to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern AI-enabled solutions.

This role requires someone who can design robust solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor development teams while working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services.

- Develop scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.

- Design and implement secure, high-performance application architectures.

- Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as LLMs, NLP services, chatbots, and AI APIs into enterprise applications.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write efficient SQL queries and manage Oracle/RDBMS databases.

- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for deployment and automation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, QA, and DevOps.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in :

2. J2EE

3. Spring Boot

4. Microservices Architecture

- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Web Services.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services including :

1. EC2

2. S3

3. RDS

4. Lambda

5. API Gateway

- Strong knowledge of Oracle/RDBMS and SQL.

- Experience working with Unix/Linux environments and Shell Scripting.

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations, including :

1. LLMs

2. NLP

3. AI APIs

4. Chatbots

- Experience designing cloud-based applications and distributed architectures.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and containerization.

- Knowledge of Cloud-Native Architecture.

- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
