Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java/React Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key components of our core financial platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, other developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and contribute directly to the efficiency and reliability of our critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate for our core trading platform.

- Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js to enhance the user experience for our clients.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end components, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes and coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations and maintaining system stability.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability of our systems.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop robust and scalable Java applications using Spring and Hibernate.

- Proven experience in building responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.

- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases.

- Experience with Microservices Architecture and related technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
