Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java + React Developer with deep expertise in Spring Boot and ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will be proficient across both frontend and backend technologies, demonstrating strong architectural understanding, clean coding practices, and the ability to integrate modern UI frameworks with backend microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with dynamic front-end components.

- Implement microservices-based architectures ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop reusable React components, manage state using Redux, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement database schemas, manage ORM with JPA/Hibernate, and optimize SQL queries for MySQL/PostgreSQL.

- Ensure high code quality through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Participate in code reviews, maintain Git-based workflows, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of professional experience in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS development.

Strong proficiency in :

- Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture

- ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript JPA/Hibernate, MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Experience in frontendbackend integration, API communication, and data exchange mechanisms (JSON, XML).

- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative version control workflows.

- Proven ability to write optimized, maintainable, and secure code adhering to industry best practices.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend layers.
