Role Overview :

As a Java Microservices Developer based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to translate business requirements into efficient, modular code. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our client platforms, ensuring seamless performance for end-users while maintaining clean, maintainable, and well-documented architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot to ensure high availability and modularity of backend systems.

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend interfaces and core business logic.

- Manage database interactions and complex queries using Hibernate and Spring Data JPA to ensure efficient data retrieval and persistence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies for production environments.

- Maintain build automation and dependency management workflows using Maven to streamline the continuous integration and deployment process.

- Mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building distributed systems using Java and Microservices Architecture with a focus on low-latency performance.

- Strong proficiency in the Spring ecosystem, specifically Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA, with the ability to design clean, testable code.

- Hands-on experience managing relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, with a deep understanding of schema design and query optimization.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within an agile, collaborative team environment.

- A minimum of 4 - 12 years of professional experience in backend development, showcasing a track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Hyderabad.
