Java Lead - Spring/Hibernate

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Java/J2EE applications.

- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.

- Perform requirement analysis, solution design, technical estimation, and implementation planning.

- Guide and mentor development teams on coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and quality processes.

- Handle complex application debugging, root cause analysis, impact analysis, and production issue resolution.

- Support incident management, problem management, and major incident resolution activities.

- Manage change requests, release deployments, and production support activities.

- Participate in SDLC activities including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Ensure application performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance.

- Work closely with QA teams for defect management and resolution.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD and deployment activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and support documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in development of large Java/J2EE enterprise applications.

- Strong experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.

- Hands-on experience in debugging, root cause analysis, and application support.

- Sun/Oracle Certified Java/J2EE certification preferred.

- ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
