Java Lead - J2EE/Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Description : We are looking for a Java Lead who goes beyond coding - someone who can design scalable systems, lead teams, and drive outcomes. This role involves building modern applications, owning delivery, and shaping engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities (What Youll Drive) :

- Lead engineering teams across design, development, and delivery

- Architect and build scalable microservices-based systems

- Ensure strong engineering practices across Agile SDLC

- Drive system integration, performance, and reliability

- Own delivery timelines, risk management, and execution quality

- Mentor teams and elevate overall engineering standards

Required Skills (What You Bring) :

- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices

- Frontend exposure : ReactJS / Angular / JavaScript

- Experience with API Gateways (NGINX preferred) & Authentication systems

- Strong testing mindset : JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / CouchDB (SQL & NoSQL)

- Working knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments

- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design

- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver at scale
