What You'll Do :

- Architect and deliver robust, scalable web applications using Java Spring, Hibernate, React JS, and SQL.

- Lead microservices-based architecture and drive best-in-class solutions.

- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Mentor developers, review code, and champion best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and enhance existing systems.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring cutting-edge tech practices to life.

What We're Looking For :

- 10-15 years of full stack experience (Java Spring, Hibernate, React JS, SQL).

- Proven track record with microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on containerization experience (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Strong communication skills and leadership experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.

Bonus Points :

- Cloud exposure : AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and security best practices.
