Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Lead Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and strong command over SQL. The role demands strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle : requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps for efficient SDLC

- Perform code reviews, provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

- Handle production support and troubleshoot critical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 7 to 9 years of strong experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices

- Proficient in working with Relational Databases (SQL - MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

- Experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and Maven/Gradle

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) and Docker/Kubernetes

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

- Strong communication and leadership abilities
