Role : Java/Kotlin Application Developer

Role Overview :

As a Java/Kotlin Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that power our core business functions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions with our platform, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java and Kotlin for various applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet

business requirements and user needs.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, reducing the risk of

production issues.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team,

fostering a collaborative environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and

maintaining system stability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools,

enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain Spring-based applications, including Spring Boot,

Spring MVC, and Spring Data.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development, enabling seamless integration with other systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex

technical issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore.
