About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Java Fullstack Developer - Manager with 6-7 years of experience.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable, distributed, and high-performance Java-based fullstack solutions.

You will provide technical guidance, mentor teams, and engage directly with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements :

- Core Java : Minimum 6-7 years of extensive experience in developing scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems using core Java.

- Global Collaboration : Expert proficiency in collaborating effectively across global teams and leading technical discussions.

- Spring & RESTful APIs : Expert hands-on experience with Spring framework and designing/building complex, highly scalable RESTful APIs.

- Modern UI Frameworks : Expert in creating responsive and intuitive UI using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React, with a strong focus on architecture and performance.

- Cloud Expertise : Extensive experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform), including cloud-native services.

- Fundamentals : Deep understanding and application of data structures, advanced algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and enterprise design patterns.

- SQL : Expert in SQL for complex data retrieval, transformation, analysis, and optimization.

- Agile SDLC : Extensive experience with agile software development lifecycle, including leading ceremonies and driving process improvements.

- Data Expertise : Deep familiarity and practical experience with multi-dimensional data, complex data curation processes, and advanced data quality improvement strategies.

- Business Acumen : Strong knowledge of business processes, data flows, and quantitative models, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Adaptability : Ability to think independently, embrace complex challenges, and proactively adapt to and champion new technologies.

- Big Data (Significant Plus) : Knowledge of big data frameworks such as Spark is a significant plus.

- Microservices : Expert proficiency in designing and working with microservices architecture.

- Cloud-Native : Deep knowledge of cloud-native development practices, serverless computing, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Security : Comprehensive understanding and implementation of security best practices in application development and deployment, including security audits.

- Performance & Troubleshooting : Proven ability to optimize application performance, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex issues in highly distributed environments.

- DevOps Expertise : Expertise in DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

Functional Requirements :
