Position: Java Full Stack Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid 3 Days Work from Office)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications across the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Build and enhance system features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

- Participate in story creation, sprint planning, and feature design discussions.

- Deliver new features and resolve bug tickets in a timely manner.

- Create and maintain technical design documentation.

- Identify risks, defects, and improvement areas within the system.

- Collaborate proactively with product teams to improve product quality.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.

- Work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions.

- Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Technical Skills :

Backend :

- Strong expertise in Java (11+), including Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming.

- Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with event-driven architecture
