Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Scope :

End-to-end application development, enhancements, and integration for WagonHR modules including Employee, Timesheet, Finance, and Organization workflows.

Job Description / Requirements :

1. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

2. Good proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks.

3. Experience with microservices-based applications and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

4. Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL).

5. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

6. Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).

7. Exposure to containers (Docker) and cloud-native practices is a plus.

8. Ability to work in an agile product team, collaborate with architects, testers, and business analysts.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

10. Experience range : 4- 7 years in full-stack development (Java + React).
