About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, TypeScript, and CI/CD. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills in mission-critical production environments, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams during deployments, upgrades, and customer service disruptions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements and best practices across the engineering function.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot highly technical problems in production, including source code analysis and resolution.

- Organize and lead multi-functional teams during service disruptions, configuration management, new feature deployments, and product implementations.

- Perform code upgrades and deployments independently.

- Own and master multiple subject matter areas of responsibility.

- Identify, document, and implement best practices for application development and production support.

- Continuously suggest and implement process improvements.

- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, TypeScript.

- Database experience with MongoDB, Oracle.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.

- Proven ability to handle complex troubleshooting in mission-critical production environments.

- Experience in IT customer service, incident resolution, and problem management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to non-standard approaches.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, deployment, and production support.
