Role : Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with React to join our dynamic development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and React.js for the frontend.

- You will be involved in full software development lifecycle activities, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

- You will design and develop RESTful APIs, implement complex business logic, and build interactive front-end components.

- The ideal candidate should be well-versed in state management libraries such as Redux, along with front-end best practices like component reusability, performance optimization, and responsive design.

- Integration with backend APIs and ensuring smooth data flow across the stack will be a key responsibility.

- Collaboration will be central to your work, as youll partner with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and product managers to understand requirements, implement new features, and deliver on-time solutions.

- You are expected to actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.

- You will also be responsible for maintaining code quality through unit testing, version control, and automation tools.

- A strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines will be a great advantage.

- Staying up to date with the latest trends in web development and continuously suggesting improvements will be encouraged and valued.

Key Skills :

Backend : Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate

Frontend : React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material UI

Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (any one or more)
