About the Role :

We are hiring Full Stack Engineers across mid-level and senior experience ranges to build secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work on end-to-end feature development, contribute to both backend and frontend systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.

- Work on frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Spring-based pages.

- Write clean, testable, well-documented code.

- Debug and resolve technical issues across modules.

- Participate in Agile sprints and collaborate with product and design teams.

- (Senior Roles) Lead modules, participate in architecture discussions, mentor junior engineers.

- (Senior Roles) Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker and ensure system performance.

Required Qualifications :

- 2 to 8 years of full-stack development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of MySQL/SQL and relational database design.

- Frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Spring-based UI.

- Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and Agile practices.

- Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills (For Senior Candidates) :

- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.

- Knowledge of Python/Django for legacy/auxiliary components.

- Exposure to distributed systems, container orchestration, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

- Experience working in SaaS or technically complex products.
