We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Development Lead to manage and lead a team of 10+ developers in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular, a solid understanding of microservices architecture, and a proven track record of leading high-performing development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a development team of 10+ engineers, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot 17 and Angular 12+.

- Architect and implement robust microservices-based solutions that align with enterprise standards.

- Drive smooth CI/CD processes using tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and RLM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, QA teams, and DevOps.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Design and implement enterprise integrations using RESTful APIs and Kafka messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot (version 17) and Angular (version 12 or above).

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, especially Jira, Bitbucket, and RLM.

- Proven leadership and team management skills in agile environments.

- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and Kafka.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in a distributed or global team environment.

- Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
