Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack Java applications from concept to deployment.

- Architect software solutions that are highly scalable, secure, resilient, and optimized for performance across the entire stack.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on best coding practices, design patterns, and overall software development principles.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.

- Ensure high code quality through regular, thorough code reviews, adherence to established software development standards, and implementation of unit/integration tests.

- Stay continuously updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and new features within the Java, Spring Boot, and Angular JS ecosystems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Coordinate seamlessly with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD processes for efficient and automated deployment cycles.

- Actively participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, and problem-solving sessions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (B. E/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.

- 5 to 7 years of proven professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

- Strong expertise in Core Java concepts, including OOP, collections, multithreading, and exceptional handling.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs, microservices, and robust backend applications.

- Proficiency in Angular JS for developing interactive and responsive single-page applications (SPAs).

- Experience with relational databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (e., Hibernate, JPA).

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
