About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Java Full Stack Developer with 12 to 18 years of expertise to join our team in Bengaluru.

This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional capable of designing the architecture of software systems from end to end.

You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring the creation of visually appealing user interactions and robust, scalable web applications.

This role demands a strong leader who can oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and development to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Architectural Design :

- Lead the design of the architecture of software systems from end to end, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for both frontend and backend development.

Full Stack Development & Leadership :

- Take ownership of both frontend website architecture and backend web application development.

- Oversee the analysis, development, and execution of complex software projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and viable solutions.

Frontend Development & User Experience :

- Create visually appealing user interactions by developing responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces.

- Utilize modern frontend frameworks to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Backend Development & Integration :

- Develop robust and secure backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, as well as with external systems.

Maintenance & Quality Assurance :

- Maintain and upgrade software following implementation, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any post-deployment issues.

- Oversee the testing of changes to previously created programs, ensuring high code quality and minimal regressions.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Work closely with consulting teams, stakeholders, and other developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Potentially mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Consulting & Problem Solving :

- Apply expertise to solve complex technical challenges, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.

- Engage in various IT consulting activities as required.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

- Education : Any Graduate.

- Experience : 12 - 18 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Key Skills :

- Java (Core & Enterprise) : Strong expertise in Java programming and its ecosystem.

- Angular Architect : Proven experience as an Angular architect, capable of designing and implementing complex Angular applications.

- Frontend Technologies : Strong command of modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks like Angular.

- Backend Technologies : Extensive experience with Java backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

- Cloud Technologies : Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Architectural Design : Demonstrated ability in designing end-to-end software system architectures.

- Agile Methodology : Proficient in working within Agile Methodology environments.

- Databases : Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Web Services : Experience designing and consuming RESTful and potentially SOAP web services.

- Leadership : Proven track record in overseeing development processes and leading technical initiatives.
