Role Overview :

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) on backend and React.js on frontend. The ideal candidate should be able to develop scalable APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver efficient and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend (Java / Spring Boot) :

- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.

- Implement authentication, authorization & role-based access using Spring Security.

- Work with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) writing queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.

Frontend (React.js)

- Build responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3.

- Integrate frontend views with backend RESTful services.

- Implement state management using Redux or Context API.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and clean UI.

Collaboration & Code Quality

- Work with Product, QA, and Design teams throughout project lifecycle.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Use Git for version control.

Required Skills :

- 23 years of experience in Java Development.

Strong knowledge of :

- Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

- React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+

- REST APIs development and integration

- MySQL / PostgreSQL database operations

- Familiarity with Git, Postman, and API Debugging.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Experience with messaging tools (Kafka / RabbitMQ) optional.
