Java Full Stack Developer - JPA/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Build and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems with a focus on high availability and performance.

- Design, develop, and deliver mission-critical systems that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

- Contribute to the development of applications through all phases of the software

development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

- Write clean, well-designed, testable, and efficient Java code following best practices.

Collaboration & Improvement :

- Ensure designs follow specifications and business requirements.

- Prepare and produce releases of software components with a focus on quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and optimize

existing ones.

- Support continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and proposing solutions for

architectural review.

Communication & Independence :

- Document code and processes as necessary for clarity and future reference.

- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively

within the team and with stakeholders.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion independently with minimal

supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Java (Core Java, JPA, Hibernate).

- Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot).

- Databases : Experience with MySQL, SQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Front-end technologies : Angular or React.

Experience :

- 3- 5 years of experience in Java development and building scalable, high-performing applications.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software development best practices.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end technologies with backend systems.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
