Java Full Stack Developer - AngularJS/Spring Boot

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong leadership capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Angular, Java/Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). You will lead a team of developers, drive technical design, and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions in the Trade Finance and Capital Markets domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers and guide them through design, development, and deployment phases.

- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Build responsive and dynamic web applications using Angular.

- Architect, develop, and deploy applications on AWS or Azure Cloud environments.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance tuning, and security.

- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8- 12 years of experience in full-stack development using Java and Angular.

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful microservices.

- Proficiency in Angular (v10 or above), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

- Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud services (deployment, CI/CD pipelines, security, etc.).

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience in Trade Finance or Capital Markets domain preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.).

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
