Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, end-to-end web applications that serve high-traffic enterprise environments. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, including UI/UX designers and backend architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance code. Your work will directly influence the scalability and user experience of our client-facing platforms, ensuring that our technical solutions remain both secure and maintainable in a fast-paced development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability for enterprise applications.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular 13+ and Angular 14+ to enhance the overall customer digital experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and translate business needs into functional software modules.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full stack and implementing efficient database queries and API integrations.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

- Manage the deployment and integration of software components within a CI/CD environment to ensure seamless delivery to production.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

- Advanced proficiency in modern frontend development using Angular 13+ and Angular 14+, including state management and component-based design.

- Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions in a collaborative team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a hybrid office setting in Bangalore.

- A minimum of 6 - 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, preferably within a product-based or high-end consulting environment.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
