Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end enterprise applications that drive business value for our global clientele. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve navigating the entire software development lifecycle, from architecting backend services to crafting intuitive frontend interfaces, ensuring that our platforms remain performant, secure, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust, high-traffic web applications using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless backend performance for end-users.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js to enhance the overall customer experience and engagement.

- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas to ensure data integrity and efficient information retrieval across enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement performance improvements that directly impact application scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend platform functionality and meet evolving business requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to develop modern, component-based frontend applications using React.js and associated state management libraries.

- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques for relational databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability to hybrid work models in Bangalore.

- A minimum of 6 - 12 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a track record of delivering high-quality production code.
