Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development, multithreading, microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on development experience, and a proactive approach toward solving complex technical challenges.

The role requires end-to-end ownership across backend services, frontend applications, database development, and DevOps-driven delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.

- Build high-performance backend services using Core Java and microservices architecture.

- Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js or Angular.

- Work extensively on multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management to optimize application performance.

- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models using MS SQL or similar relational databases.

- Work in UNIX/Linux environments for deployment, troubleshooting, and system operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning activities.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices using tools such as GitLab and Nexus.

- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Follow Agile methodologies and engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- Excellent expertise in :

i. Core Java

ii. Java Multithreading & Concurrency

iii. Synchronization & Memory Management

iv. Microservices Architecture

v. SQL & Database Development

vi. UNIX/Linux

- Strong experience with :

i. MS SQL or similar relational databases

ii. React.js or Angular

iii. GitLab

iv. Nexus

v. CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.

- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-availability applications.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools is an added advantage.
