Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications that power our core business functions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications for internal and external users.

- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to enable seamless integration between different systems.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks to enhance user engagement.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, minimizing defects and improving overall system stability.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and share knowledge within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

- Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes, ensuring optimal resource utilization and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including a deep understanding of core Java concepts and design patterns.

- Proven ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring and Spring Boot.

- Strong proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript, including experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

- Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning.

- Experience with GitOps practices and tools for managing application deployments and configurations.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, communicating technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

- Adaptable to work in Chennai, Kolkata, or Pune.
