Role Overview :

We are seeking technically strong Java Developers with hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust, scalable, enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with experience working in modern development environments and agile teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based web applications.

- Build and enhance microservices-based architecture solutions.

- Develop applications interfacing with backend databases such as MySQL, MemSQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS.

- Apply strong object-oriented design principles for scalable and maintainable development.

- Develop clean, testable, and efficient code using Core Java and Spring technologies.

- Perform unit testing and ensure compliance with coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical and application issues.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.

- Implement enhancements and upgrades to existing applications.

- Utilize source code versioning tools (Bitbucket/Git).

- Work in an Agile development environment following sprint-based delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD).

- Experience working on UNIX/Linux environments.

- Proficiency with source control tools such as Bitbucket or Git.

- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a structured development environment with engineering teams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on coding expertise is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable working with the latest versions of Java.

- Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in Java and microservices.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
