About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our consulting team. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable, data-driven web applications and platforms. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, maintain, and optimize solutions that enable digital transformation for our clients.

This is a consulting role, requiring not only strong technical expertise but also the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver robust, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications including back-end services, APIs, and interactive front-end interfaces.

- Optimize and manage relational databases : write performant SQL queries, design schemas, tune indexes, and troubleshoot joins/subqueries.

- Collaborate in solution delivery across the full project lifecycle - from requirements workshops to production support.

- Stay ahead of emerging tools, frameworks, and cloud/data trends; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Apply best practices for security, testing, and DevOps (unit/integration testing, CI/CD, infrastructure automation).

- Contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.

What We Are Looking For :

- 5 - 10 years of full-stack development experience, ideally in a consulting/client-facing environment.

- Proficiency in Java backend frameworks : Quarkus, Spring Boot, or equivalent.

- Front-end expertise in frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Vite.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Strong foundation in application security, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Availability to join immediately or within 15 days.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Exposure to consulting engagements or digital transformation projects.
