Job Type : C2H position (9 months contract duration, based on performance converted to Permanent position)

Job Description :

Technical Skills Required :

- Backend : Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot/Spring Framework).

- Frontend : Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Hooks).

- Middleware/Runtime : Good hands-on experience with Node.js.

- Database : Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).

- DevOps/CI-CD : Exposure to build tools (Maven/Gradle), Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

- Experience in RESTful API development and integration.

- Version control using Git and experience with code collaboration tools like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 14 years of proven software development experience in full stack roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.

- Unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
