Java Full Stack Architect - Spring Boot/React.js

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java backend development combined with expertise in modern front-end technologies.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, provide technical leadership, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Define architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide development teams on full-stack technologies, design patterns, and performance optimization.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and application quality.

- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into architecture.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

Backend :

- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Proficient in ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.

- Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and JVM internals.

Frontend :

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, Vuex) and UI/UX best practices.

Databases :

- Expertise in writing optimized SQL queries and database schema design.

DevOps & Tools :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Other Skills :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
