Role : Java Fullstack Architect

Role Overview :

As a Java Full stack Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions for our core business applications. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your expertise will directly impact the user experience, driving customer satisfaction and contributing to significant business outcomes by ensuring our systems are reliable, efficient, and innovative.

- Hands-on experience in Core Java, with expertise in JVM internals and memory management

- Strong knowledge of FIX protocol or other real-time messaging protocols

- Skilled in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and network programming

- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and ability to collaborate across global teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and resilient microservices-based architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles, maintaining high-quality deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.

- Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.

- Proven expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud), and RESTful API design and development.

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and guide development teams.

- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 9 - 15 years of relevant experience.
