Job Overview :

We are hiring experienced Java Developers to work on scalable, cloud-native applications in a microservices-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, along with hands-on experience building distributed systems and integrating with NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices

- Build scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot

- Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS

- Work with NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

- Follow best practices in software development and system design

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 69 years of hands-on experience in Java development

- Strong experience in building microservices-based applications

Mandatory Skills :

- Java (6+ years)

- Microservices Architecture (4+ years)

- Spring / Spring Boot (4+ years)

- AWS (3+ years)

- NoSQL Databases (3+ years)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Understanding of REST APIs and event-driven architecture

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
