Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.

- Build and implement microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

- Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective resolutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure application security, compliance, and data protection standards are followed.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and object-oriented programming principles.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

- Hands-on experience in developing Microservices-based applications.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

- Understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
