Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our business needs and exceed customer expectations. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the overall success of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications using Spring framework for internal and external users.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure high quality and maintainability for the development team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget for the business.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of our applications for our customers.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes to enhance team efficiency and code quality for the organization.

- Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of our user base for the business.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise-level Java applications using J2EE technologies.

- Proven expertise in Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data) and Hibernate ORM.

- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with MySQL or similar databases, including writing complex SQL queries.

- Experience with web development technologies such as JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with build tools like Maven and version control systems like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore.
