Role : Java Developer

Job Description :

- Experience working with the following skill sets :

- Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services and Spring packages and frameworks.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- along with front-end libraries including React.

- Experience working with Redux, RTK Query, and React Forms.

- Extensive hands-on experience with React Hooks and custom hooks.

- Experience working in Agile and SCRUM based mode projects.

- Hands-on experience of Git, Jenkins and Basic Oracle (Pl/Sql)

- Define and drive technical architecture decisions, including system design, API contracts, data modeling, and infrastructure patterns

- Mentor and coach a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and providing thoughtful technical feedback

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into engineering solutions

- Establish and champion engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, observability, and security standards

- Own delivery accountability for complex, multi-quarter projects from scoping through production

- Identify and mitigate technical risks; proactively surface architectural issues and propose remediation strategies

- Contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates and helping assess technical fit and culture alignment

- Participate in an on-call rotation to support production reliability and incident response

- Deep expertise in one or more backend languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.js

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and development

- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or healthcare

- Contributions to open-source projects or public technical writing

- Background in performance optimization for high-throughput, low-latency systems
