We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot & Microservices Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for building high-performance backend applications and developing robust RESTful APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams, to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and implement Microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed applications.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

- Implement security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging frameworks is preferred.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
