Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our business needs. Your work will directly impact our customers by providing them with seamless and efficient experiences, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, testable, and efficient Java code using Spring Boot framework to meet the needs of our growing platform.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure the smooth operation of our services and minimize downtime.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS using Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4- 8 years of relevant experience.
