Java Developer (5- 12 Years Experience)

Role Overview :

As a seasoned Java Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that power our core business functions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex, high-volume transactional systems using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for our global user base.

- Design and implement microservices architectures, facilitating modularity, independent deployment, and resilience across our enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and deliver features that meet market demands.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization, mentoring junior developers and elevating the team's technical capabilities.

- Integrate applications with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, leveraging their services for enhanced scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Deploy and manage applications on container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource utilization.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, streamlining development workflows and accelerating time-to-market for new features.

- Design and develop event-driven architectures using Kafka, enabling real-time data processing and asynchronous communication between services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous service availability for our customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with a strong command over Spring Boot framework for building enterprise-grade applications.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and/or Azure, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, AKS, or similar.

- Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for deploying and managing applications.

- Strong understanding and practical application of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery.

- Experience with message brokers like Apache Kafka for building event-driven systems and real-time data pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively within agile teams and articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputed institution.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting remote and distributed team collaboration across multiple locations in India.
