Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Microservices architecture and Apache Kafka to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems and streaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot and Java 8/11+

- Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party systems

- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance Java code

- Participate in full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and resilience of the applications

- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to enable CI/CD pipelines

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with log analysis and performance metrics

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews

Required Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of Java development experience

- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful services

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing

- Good understanding of microservices architecture, patterns, and best practices

- Experience in building distributed systems and handling asynchronous communication

- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is an added advantage

- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and security frameworks
