Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with specialized expertise in MuleSoft to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that bridge complex enterprise systems.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

By leveraging your deep understanding of Java and the Anypoint Platform, you will play a critical role in optimizing our API-led connectivity strategy, ensuring seamless data flow and high-performance service delivery that directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable integration flows using Mule ESB and Anypoint Platform to ensure reliable data exchange across diverse enterprise applications.

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java, Spring, and Hibernate to support complex business logic and data persistence requirements.

- Design and document RESTful APIs and Webservices, ensuring they meet industry standards for security, performance, and maintainability for internal and external consumers.

- Transform complex data structures using DataWeave to facilitate seamless communication between disparate systems and legacy platforms.

- Automate deployment pipelines and manage build processes using Maven and CI/CD tools to accelerate the delivery of high-quality software updates.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration bottlenecks and performance issues in production environments to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate, with a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles.

- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including advanced DataWeave scripting and API management.

- Proven ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs and Webservices, ensuring robust connectivity within a Microservices architecture.

- Strong analytical skills in SQL and database management to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage within integrated systems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, agile team environment.

- Capability to manage the full software development lifecycle, including version control and CI/CD automation, while maintaining high standards of code quality.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience in backend and integration development.
