Java Developer - MuleSoft

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in Java and MuleSoft to lead high-stakes integration projects in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, designing sophisticated API-led connectivity solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to architect cloud-native ecosystems, ensuring that our integration strategies align with long-term business goals and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement cloud-native Java microservices to enhance system modularity, scalability, and maintainability for our clients.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of API development, from initial design and security protocols to deployment and performance monitoring.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for MuleSoft integration and Java-based microservices architecture to elevate the overall technical output.

- Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize AWS cloud environments, ensuring high availability and cost-effective resource utilization for deployed applications.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure API architectures.

- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, with a track record of architecting solutions that leverage cloud-native capabilities for performance and reliability.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.

- Must hold active MuleSoft Certified Developer and AWS Certified Solution Architect credentials to validate deep technical proficiency.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bangalore, fostering collaboration across distributed teams and maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
