What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies.

- Develop robust and secure backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Build and integrate user-facing features with backend services as part of full-stack development.

- Work with relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient queries and database performance.

- Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, and deployment activities.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following software development best practices.

- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and engineering practices.

- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and stability.

- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows.

- Contribute to performance optimization, scalability, security, and continuous improvement of applications.

- Stay updated with modern Java, cloud, frontend, and software engineering practices.

Basic Qualifications :

- Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java 8+.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

- Good experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

- Strong understanding of SQL, database design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java fundamentals.

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience with any modern frontend framework such as React.js or Angular.

- Good understanding of Git/GitHub and version control practices.

- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks is preferred.

- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP, or other cloud platforms will be an advantage.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on SaaS / cloud-based applications.

- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Understanding of design patterns and clean architecture.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to AI/automation-based applications will be an added advantage.
