Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java 17+ to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop and maintain RESTful web services that facilitate seamless communication between disparate system components.

- Optimize database interactions and query performance by leveraging Hibernate and complex SQL to ensure efficient data retrieval.

- Enhance system security by implementing robust authentication and authorization protocols using Spring Security.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline deployment pipelines and ensure the stability of services in a production environment.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in Java 17+ and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux, to build reactive and non-blocking applications.

- Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex Microservices Architecture in a distributed environment.

- Strong proficiency in RDBMS and SQL, with the ability to write optimized queries and manage data persistence layers effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an Agile team.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements in our Bangalore office.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
