About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Java AI Developer with strong expertise in Java development and experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend development, microservices, cloud technologies, and AI-powered solutions, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and related frameworks.

- Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into existing applications and business workflows.

- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enable context-aware responses using enterprise data.

- Integrate AI models and services through APIs and cloud-based AI platforms.

- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

- Implement unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and automated deployment practices.

- Follow software engineering best practices for version control, CI/CD, security, and documentation.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance application capabilities.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java programming and object-oriented development.

- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.

- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and LLM-based application development.

- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application deployment.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
