Role Overview :

- Design and build highly scalable, resilient backend systems

- Work on SaaS/CaaS/IoT-based platforms powering real-world applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features

- Contribute to architecture, system design, and performance optimization

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong in Algorithms & Data Structures

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices Architecture

2. Kafka / Event-driven systems

- Experience building or working on scalable systems/platforms

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Working knowledge of :

1. NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) OR PostgreSQL

- Solid understanding of System Design fundamentals

Good to Have :

- Experience in SaaS / CaaS / IoT platforms or any eCommerce Background

- Exposure to high-scale production environments

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
