Role Overview :

As a Java Developer, you will be at the heart of our engineering team, responsible for designing and deploying high-scale enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and UI/UX designers, to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Implement comprehensive security protocols using Spring Security to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React.js components with backend APIs, ensuring a cohesive and responsive user experience.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to improve system latency and resource utilization for end-users.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and maintain the stability of client-facing platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using Spring Security.

- Proven ability to develop interactive and dynamic user interfaces by integrating React.js with RESTful web services.

- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles and design patterns to create modular, maintainable code.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within metropolitan office settings, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
