Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 4-7 years of experience to build and enhance scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend services, designing RESTful APIs, and contributing to microservices-based architecture in a cloud-enabled environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise-level applications.

- Develop microservices-based architecture to ensure modularity and scalability.

- Work on database design, optimization, and performance tuning using SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Implement ORM solutions using Hibernate/JPA for efficient data handling.

- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely bug fixes and enhancements.

Required Skills :

- 4-7 years of experience in Java backend development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with REST API development and integration.

- Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA and ORM concepts.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Experience with Git, Maven, and Agile methodologies.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to front-end basics (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience working in enterprise or banking domain projects.
