Java Backend Engineer - 3+ years - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities :

- 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- 2. Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and modernize legacy applications.

- 3. Develop and maintain secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- 4. Optimize application performance, database queries, and distributed systems.

- 5. Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms.

- 6. Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and follow engineering best practices.

Requirements :

- 1. 4+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.

- 2. Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, Memory Management, and JVM tuning.

- 3. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.

- 4. Experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development.

- 5. Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra).

- 6. Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- 7. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable).

- 8. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- 9. Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms is an added advantage.

- 10. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agentic AI frameworks will be a plus.
